The earthquake occurred in an area where we announced MODERATE seismic hazard exposure (blue alert) in our latest weekly earthquake forecast for the Euro-Mediterranean region, on March 11, 2024, available here.

There have been reports of damage, by Euronews (link here)'' Authorities in Montenegro reported cracks in some buildings and landslides blocking certain roads as a result of the earthquake'' no injuries, or casualties as a result of the earthquake so far.
