Potentially exposed cities were Sulusaray (pop. 4,000), Kadışehri (pop. 6,000), Artova (pop. 6,000), Zile (pop. 56,000), Akdağmadeni (pop. 23,000), Turhal (pop. 111,000), Tokat (pop. 130,000), Amasya (pop. 115,000), Sivas (pop. 264,000), Yozgat (pop. 88,000), Çorum (pop. 270,000), Samsun (pop. 394,000), Kayseri (pop. 1,200,000), and Fatsa (pop. 82,000).
